Property details

If you are checking a property before buying, enter the building type and facing degree first. For a place you already live in, add the move-in year, floor, layout, and surroundings. If the facing is not exact, stand inside the doorway, point your phone compass outward, and enter the closest degree.

Optional. Leave it blank when checking a property before buying. If the place was heavily renovated, use the year you moved in after renovation.

Choose the building type first; the facing-degree guide will adjust.

Apartment: measure the direction of the main balcony or the largest living-room window. If there is no clear balcony, measure from inside toward the main door. If the door and balcony differ greatly, note the door direction. Enter the compass degree you see: 0/360 North, 90 East, 180 South, 270 West. If unsure, use 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, or 315 for a rough reading.

The chart gives a usable opening. Take the practical path, make the next step visible, and let small confirmed progress build confidence.

Used to judge lower, higher, and top-floor effects.

You can write “own home,” “rental,” “office,” or “shop.” A full street address is not needed.

This part points to the home environment. Keep the entrance open, the sleeping area stable, and the bright areas clean.

The most obvious side outside the door, window, or balcony.

Choose all that apply; the report will combine their effects and suggested remedies.
